The Learn to Meditate course is held in person over four consecutive days. Each session lasts 60-90 minutes and includes a 20-minute meditation.

Day 2
Learn the effortless technique and how to meditate anywhere. Even in noisy places, or with a busy mind.
90 minutes, small group session.
Day 3
Understand how Vedic Meditation releases stress and fatigue, and why having thoughts in meditation is good.
90 minutes, small group session.
Day 4
Learn about the long-term benefits of practising Vedic Meditation, and have any final questions answered.

STEP 1
Learn to meditate
Take the 4-session course to learn Vedic Meditation and how to integrate it into your life. By the end of the course, youβll be a self-sufficient meditator, able to practice anywhere with ease.
STEP 2
Receive ongoing support
Once youβve completed the course, youβre not on your own. You can ask questions when you need to, attend optional free weekly group meditation sessions, and re-sit the course for free at any time.
