The Learn to Meditate course is held in person over four consecutive days. Each session lasts 60-90 minutes and includes a 20-minute meditation.

Day 1

Receive your personal mantra and have your first experience of Vedic Meditation. See how easy it is.

60 minutes, private session.

Day 2

Learn the effortless technique and how to meditate anywhere. Even in noisy places, or with a busy mind.

90 minutes, small group session.

Day 3

Understand how Vedic Meditation releases stress and fatigue, and why having thoughts in meditation is good.

90 minutes, small group session.

Day 4

Learn about the long-term benefits of practising Vedic Meditation, and have any final questions answered.

90 minutes, small group session.

Learn more about Vedic Meditation, how it’s different, the benefits, and the course. Meet me and ask any questions. There’s no obligation to sign up, however, to take the course you first need to attend a free intro session.

STEP 1

Learn to meditate

Take the 4-session course to learn Vedic Meditation and how to integrate it into your life. By the end of the course, you’ll be a self-sufficient meditator, able to practice anywhere with ease.

STEP 2

Receive ongoing support

Once you’ve completed the course, you’re not on your own. You can ask questions when you need to, attend optional free weekly group meditation sessions, and re-sit the course for free at any time.
