My story.

I learnt Vedic Meditation to help me manage stress and find more balance in life after almost 15 years of working in demanding corporate roles. I thought I thrived under pressure, but it came at a cost to my health and well-being.

Within two weeks of learning to meditate, I felt calmer and was sleeping better. Work felt less stressful. Something had shifted. Over time, my memory improved, my mind was clearer, and I could focus more easily. I became more resilient and adaptable. I felt happy most of the time for no apparent reason.

I wanted everyone to experience these benefits, so I decided to become a teacher.

Over 2000 hours of teacher training.

To become a teacher, I completed over 2000 hours of training. This included 12 weeks of learning from the best teachers available while living in the foothills of the Himalayas in India. It was the most challenging and rewarding experience of my life.  

I was personally trained by Maharishi Vyasanand Saraswati Thom Knoles, the pre-eminent authority of Vedic Meditation, and received the blessing and recognition to teach by Shri Shri 1008 Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kailashanand Giri, the supreme authority of the Vedic tradition.

I teach this simple, easy skill to people from all walks of life.
