Each year, I host meditation retreats, which are a fantastic opportunity to take a few days away and experience deep rest and rejuvenation.
Through the gentle process of rounding, we drop into a deep state of rest. This allows us to release deeply held stress and fatigue, equivalent to what you’d release in six months of twice-daily Vedic Meditation.
You’ll leave feeling like you’ve had a long, relaxing holiday—a shiny, vibrant version of yourself. And you’ll continue to feel the effect in the months to come.
If you’re keen to attend a retreat, join my waitlist below. 2026 retreat dates will be announced soon.
What is rounding?
Rounding is known as ‘industrial strength’ meditation, but it’s not difficult to do.
A ‘round’ is a specific sequence of gentle yoga asanas (stretches that anyone can do), pranayama (a simple breathing technique), 20 minutes of Vedic meditation, and a 10-minute lie-down.
By adding the yoga asanas and pranayama, you’re primed for a deeper meditation experience. This allows you to release more accumulated stress and fatigue than in your usual Vedic Meditation practice.
It’s a powerful technique which you can incorporate into your daily routine when time allows.
