Rest from meditation is two to five times deeper than sleep. Deep rest supports the natural processes of the mind and body to recover and restore. You’ll experience:

Learn to meditate.

Vedic Meditation is easy to learn and enjoyable to practise. You don’t need to focus or clear your mind of thoughts. You sit comfortably and think your personal mantra (a sound) to help you achieve deep rest. Vedic Meditation is practised for 20 minutes twice a day for best results. In four short sessions, you can learn this technique and be equipped to practise on your own without needing ongoing classes.

Supporting you to succeed.

It’s easy to learn and integrate Vedic Meditation into your life with the support of a teacher. With years of meditation experience and over 2,000 hours of teacher training, I can teach anyone to meditate. Even those who have tried other styles without success. Or those who think they have too many thoughts or can’t sit still long enough to meditate. Once you’ve learnt, you can ask me questions whenever you need to, as I’m committed to your success.

When you learn to meditate with me, you’re helping to support others. 10% of each course fee goes towards helping Kiwis in need learn to meditate so they can experience the benefits, too.
